Australian Violet is also known as viola hederacea. It is an evergreen perennial with stems that are short, erect and tufty. It has kidney to egg shaped dark green leaves. The violet and whiteflowers are slightly scented and it blooms in summer.

Position - Full sun in well drained soil.

Spacing - 30cm

Disease and pests -

Australian Violet does not suffer from any major problems.

Care -

They like a pH range between 7 and 8. Keep moist. Feed every 2 months.
