Botanical Name - Anthemis Recutita (German chamomile)

Position - Full sun in dry sandy soil.

Uses -

Used as a tea which is commomly used to help with sleep, can be served with lemon and honey.  Also said to have anti - inflammatory properties and eases spasms and discomfort in the digestive tract. NB: should not be combined with anti - coagulants as it has a blood thinning effect.  Chamomile tea can be used as a liquid feed for plants or plant tonic.  The dried flowers can be used as an insect repellent.

Care -

Feed monthly with 2.3.2 or Multikelp.
