Uses -

Marjoram leaves are used to flavour dressings and meat dishes.  Also used to flavour herb butter and poultry stuffings.  Marjoram is excellent in a pot roast.  The flowers are often used in potpourri.  Marjoram makes a particularly pleasant bath herb.  It also has anti - oxidant and anti - bacterial properties.

Care -

Fairly easy to care for, feed monthly with 2.3.2 or Multikelp.
