Eucalyptus saligna

Martin Dale Seedlings has been producing Eucalyptus seedlings for local timber farmers for more than 22 years. Eucalyptus seedlings are grown in a 128-deep tray to ensure good strong roots. The following varieties are commonly grown in the area:
  • E. Grandis
  • E. Saligna
  • E. Smithii
  • E. Dunnii
Many other varieties can be grown on request. We do produce a small amount of spec each season, but it is recommended that you place an order with us to avoid disappointment. Eucalyptus species take approx. 3 – 4 months to produce from seed so planning in advance is critical. The planting season in the Tzaneen and Haenertsburg area is between October and March.
