Pines are grown in a model 128 deep tray for strong root development. The following species are commonly grown in the area:

• Pinus Elliottii
• Pinus Patula
• Pinus Greggii

Other varieties are produced as well on request. We do produce a small amount each season on spec but it is recommended you place an order to avoid being disappointed. Pinus species need approx 6 months in the nursery so planning is critical. In the Tzaneen and Haenertsburg area, the planting season falls between October and March.
