Sprouts Seed Packets


To grow sprouts, rinse seeds with cool water and drain. Soak seeds in a bowl or jar of water for up to 8 hours. Rinse and drain seeds 2-3 times daily until they sprout, storing in a cool place. Harvest sprouts when they reach 2-5cm in about 4 days.
